RETREAT
Our organization worked with Evelyn McCarthy from July 2003 to March 2004 to organize, market and coordinate a seminar
in Hawaii. We are Feldenkrais practioners and teach the public as well as other teachers the Feldenkrais method. Since we are located
in the Northwest, we delegated much of the responsibilities to Evelyn.
She is professional, warm-spirited, knowledgeable and a joy
to have on our team. People came from different part of the Mainland to attend our seminar. Evelyn is excellent in providing hospitality
and fulfilling special needs of our guests. Her confidence and flexibility proved invaluable.
We are planning future workshops and
intend for Evelyn to rejoin us in making our future seminars as successful as the past ones. She exceeded our expectations, understanding
our overview as well as the details. Movement Arts, Inc. feels fortunate to work with Evelyn and would highly recommend her services.

From the first day we spoke on the telephone, we felt very comfortable
with Evelyn and we knew that she would take care of our needs during our stay in Hawaii. We are Oglala Sioux from Pine Ridge Indian
Reservation and travel to Hawaii for ceremonies, lectures, etc.
When we arrived, she had traditional leis and a beautiful meal waiting
for us. Additionally, she had stocked the kitchen with foods for my husband’s special dietary needs. The cottage was immaculate and
the grounds were full of beautiful flowers. We never felt like guests there, she made us feel like we were at home.
Evelyn is very
rooted in the community and is very knowledgeable and respectful of the island and its people. Her greatest attributes are her strong
work ethic and her eternal graciousness. Needles to say, we were treated like royalty.
